Managing surveys

Once created you can preview surveys, download survey results and reports, and copy the survey link all from one screen.

From the NextOS admin dashboard, select All Advanced Features > Surveys.

Copying survey links Click the Survey Link icon.
Viewing survey reports View survey reports from either Nextiva Surveys or Nextiva Analytics. To view survey reports in Nextiva Surveys click the corresponding Survey Analytics icon. To view survey reports in Nextiva Analytics navigate to Dashboards > Survey Insights.
Downloading Survey Results Download survey results in the CSV file format from either Nextiva Surveys or Nextiva Analytics. To download survey results from Nextiva Surveys click the Download survey results icon. To download survey results from Nextiva Analytics navigate to Dashboards > Survey Insights > Download CSV.
Previewing Surveys Click the Quick View icon.
