When you add a number to the No Recording list, it will not be recorded in campaigns that have automatic recording. This means that if a call with a number on this list is made during such a campaign, it won’t be recorded. If an agent tries to record a call with a number on this list, they will receive a warning.
Creating a No Recording
To create or modify a No Recording, search for the No Recording icon in the Options Menu. Click Plus (+) and enter the required information below. Click Save when done.

Modifying a No Recording
Click on any No Recording to edit. The system automatically saves the changes.
