Themes are a vital way to customize the look and feel of the Nextiva application, particularly its surveys. Since surveys can face customers or agents, ensuring the colors and styling match your brand may be essential. Nextiva allows you to customize your own theme and gives you some pre-designed ones to help you get started faster.
The application comes with predefined themes:
- Basic
- Pale Berry
- Pale Blue
- Pale Green
- Pale Purple
- Plain Berry
- Plain Blue
- Pain Green
- Plain Grey
- Plain Purple
Creating a Theme
Search for Theme in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information. Click Save.

When creating a new theme, the base theme colors will appear according to the property name, and you can adjust the colors for a specific property. A color chooser pop-up will appear when you click on the color box on the right of the property, allowing you to select the color needed
