Nextiva Contact Center: Outbound Hours

Outbound Hours are the hours a company can dial out and set in the tenant’s time zone. 

Creating Outbound Hours 

Search for Outbound Hours in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information. Click Save. 

Information Tab 

Field Name Description
Name  The name of the outbound hours. 
Description The description of the outbound hours. 
Open The time at which the outbound hours start. 
Close The time at which the outbound hours end. 
Day The day of the week for these hours. 

NOTE: You must set up separate outbound hours for each day of the week. 

NOTE: To use outbound hours for call routing, you need to set up operating hours verification in your campaign workflow. 

Regions Tab 

The Regions Tab is where you select the regions for which the outbound hours will apply.
