A scorecard groups classifications that detect words, sentences, or patterns in text. These can be combined in ways that make sense to the supervisor. Scorecards can also classify call topics and evaluate compliance.
Creating Scorecards
Search for Scorecard in the Options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information. Click Save.
Information Tab
Field Name | Description |
Name | The name of the scorecard. |
Description | The description of the scorecard. |
Classifications Tab
The Classifications Tab holds the list of classifications to be included in the scorecard.
