The Nextiva Supervisor Dashboard is a comprehensive monitoring tool designed to give call center supervisors real-time visibility into key performance metrics across their teams and queues. This dashboard allows supervisors to track critical statistics such as abandoned calls, answered workitems, agent availability, and queue performance, helping them make informed decisions to optimize operations and ensure a high level of service.
- Click Home on the left panel or click Options and search for Home to view the Supervisor Dashboard.
- If first time accessing, click near the title of each widget and drag it to the desired location to personalize your Dashboard. Drag the corner of the widget to resize.
Customizing Supervisor Dashboard
As an administrator, you can customize the Supervisor Dashboard to display the metrics that are most important to you.
- Click Home on the left panel or click Options and search for Home Tab.
- Under the Information tab, enter the following information:
- Name
- Description
- Position. The position is where the tab will appear on the homepage. (I.e. 1 = The first tab, 2 = the second tab, etc.)
- Click Save.
- Under the Widgets tab, click Plus (+) to add a new widget.
- Select the widgets and click OK.
