Nextiva Call Center Network Requirements

Configuring your network correctly is essential to ensuring the optimal performance with Nextiva Call Center. Below are the minimum and recommended network requirements, including bandwidth, firewall settings, and Quality of Service (QoS) configurations, to guarantee smooth call handling and reliable service. Following these guidelines will help prevent common connectivity issues and enhance overall call quality.

Bandwidth requirements

  • Connection should ideally be stable and not on the same network as bandwidth-hogging activities.
  • Minimum bandwidth required is 300 kbps per agent, with a recommended range of one to five Mbps for the best experience.

Computer requirements

  • Minimum 8 GB of RAM.
  • Latest version of Google Chrome. 
  • High-quality headphones with a dedicated power supply.
  • A computer screen with a diagonal of 45 cm (18 inches) is optimal. It would be beneficial for supervisors to have an additional screen for using the dashboards.
