Bandwidth requirements
- Connection should ideally be stable and not on the same network as bandwidth-hogging activities.
- Minimum bandwidth required is 300 kbps per agent, with a recommended range of one to five Mbps for the best experience.
Computer requirements
- Minimum 8 GB of RAM.
- Latest version of Google Chrome.
- High-quality headphones with a dedicated power supply.
- A computer screen with a diagonal of 45 cm (18 inches) is optimal. It would be beneficial for supervisors to have an additional screen for using the dashboards.
