Instantly upload users, their settings preferences, and devices using our bulk import templates.
Log in to the NextOS admin portal and select Data Import. Download the User and Device templates. Enter the required information into the spreadsheet.
NOTE: Do not delete columns from templates. Leave the field blank if it does not apply.
When ready to import, click Import to upload the templates and click Start Import.
Once the validation checks are complete, you can track the progress and status under the History tab. In case any errors are found during this stage, the error is displayed on the screen, or you can download a log file for additional details.
