You can access and manage all your contact details in NextivaONE but take the call on your mobile phone or desk phone with ease. For example, if you prefer to make calls using your Nextiva desk phone, you can automatically push all outgoing calls or manually move the call with just a few clicks – allowing you to make calls the way you prefer.
To enable call from other device, select My settings from the menu at the top under your Avatar and click Outgoing calls under Calls. From here you can specify how NextivaONE will enable pushing calls to your other devices. Below are the three options to choose from:
- Call on NextivaONE will continue to make outgoing calls using NextivaONE as it does today.
- Push call to other devices will automatically push all outbound calls made from the dialer or contact panel within NextivaONE to all the devices set up on the user’s shared call appearance, including the mobile app. For more information on how to set up shared call appearance, click here.
- Always ask will give you the option to call from NextivaONE or push to your other devices each time you make an outbound call. When making an outbound call, click the call button and select Call to use NextivaONE or click the arrow and select Call from other device.
