Connecting your emails to Nextiva Social Media and Reviews

Bring your group emails into Nextiva and manage all your support emails from a single platform. Connect an email to your profile to automatically forward all your emails and convert them into cases in Nextiva’s all-in-one inbox. 

Under the Email and Integrations section of the Onboarding menu, click Setup Now and select your preferred email client.

Enter the email address you would like to set up email forwarding for (required) and the email(s) to which to send email forwarding set-up instructions (optional). Click Next to save.
