Setting up call waiting
From the NextOS admin home page, select Users > Actions > Voice Settings > Call Routing > Call waiting.
Click the toggle to the left of Call waiting to turn On call waiting for this user.
Call waiting feature access codes
Call waiting can also be activated/de-activated using feature access codes. Dial *43 to activate call waiting prior to placing a call. Dial #43 to deactivate call waiting.
