Activating do not disturb:
- (Admin only) From the NextOS admin home page, select Users > Actions > Voice Settings > Call Routing > Do not disturb.
- (User only) From the NextOS user home page, select Voice > Call Routing > Do not disturb.
- Click the Play a ring reminder when a call is blocked checkbox as an alert when do not disturb is enabled. Click the toggle to the left of Call waiting to turn On call waiting for this user.
Do not disturb feature access codes
Do not disturb can also be activated/de-activated using feature access codes. Dial *78 to activate do not disturb. Dial #79 to deactivate do not disturb.

From the Nextiva voice admin dashboard, hover over Users > Manage Users > select the user > Routing > Do Not Disturb.
Click the OFF button to turn ON call waiting for this user.
Click the Play a ring reminder when a call is blocked checkbox as an alert when do not disturb is enabled. Click Save.
