Automatically forward unanswered calls to any phone number or extension after a defined number of rings.

Setting up call forward unanswered
- (Admin only) From the NextOS admin home page, select Users > Actions > Voice Settings >
Forwarding > Call forward (unanswered). - (User only) From the NextOS user home page, select Voice > Forwarding > Call forward (unanswered).
- Enter the phone number or extension to forward calls to and the number of Rings before forwarding. Click Save.

From the Nextiva voice admin dashboard, hover over Users > Manage Users > select the user > Forwarding >
Call Forward When Unanswered.
Enter the phone number or extension to forward calls to and the Number of Rings before forwarding. Click Save.
