Integrating review sites

The Online Reviews section provides the opportunity to manage your customers reviews across a variety of review platforms. The review platforms are separated into five different categories.

• App Store Reviews: Review applications purchased through the App Store, including iTunes and Playstore.
• Location Reviews: Location reviews are review websites that focus on reviewing businesses with locations. These include Yelp, Google Business Reviews, Zomato, and Trip Advisor.
• E-Commerce Reviews: E-commerce reviews provide you the opportunity to monitor how your customers review specific products you sell on sites like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Other Reviews: Includes review sites like Glassdoor and Indeed.
• App Store Competitors: App Store competitors include Playstore.

Integrating review sites Under the Online Reviews section of the Onboarding menu, select and log into each account you want to connect with. Once logged in, the apps will remain logged in securely, and you can begin to send and receive messages from these applications through the Unibox. For more information, click here.
