Nextiva Call Center: Agent Dashboard

The Agent Dashboard is a powerful tool designed to enhance the performance and productivity of call center agents by providing real-time insights and metrics. It allows agents to track their performance against set goals, helping them stay motivated and focused on achieving their targets.

  1. Click Home on the left panel or click Options and search for Home.
  2. If first time accessing, click near the title of each widget and drag it to the desired location to personalize your Dashboard. Drag the corner of the widget to resize. 

Customizing Agent Dashboard

As an administrator, you can customize the Agent Dashboard to display the metrics that are most important to you.

  1. Click Home on the left panel or click Options and search for Home Tab.
  2. Under the Information tab, enter the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Description
    3. Position. The position is where the tab will appear on the homepage. (I.e., 1 = The first tab, 2 = the second tab, etc.)
  3. Click Save
  4. Under the Widgets tab, click Plus (+) to add a new widget.
  5. Select the widgets and click OK.
