Nextiva Call Center: Purchasing phone numbers

You will be billed for any phone numbers added to your account above the contracted amount. This is based on a high-watermark system, which means you will be charged monthly for the phone numbers, even if they are removed during the same billing period.

  1. Click Options and search for Campaign Address
  2. Click Add (magnifying glass icon) at the top. 
  3. Click the Filter icon to search for available phone numbers to purchase. 
  4. Enter the desired Area code and click Search
  5. Select the checkboxes beside the phone number(s) you want to add to your account.
  6. Click Ok to purchase the phone number(s) selected.
