Nextiva Contact Center: Abandon Detail Report

The Abandon Detail Report details calls that were abandoned from a particular queue. For every abandoned call, the report displays the following column headers: 

Column Header Description

Name 

The name of the campaign. 

Queue 

The name of the queue. 

Created At 

The date and time the workitem entered the system. 

From 

The caller id of the person calling into the system. 

To 

The number that was dialed to enter the system. 

Abandoned 

The amount of time the call spent in the queue before the customer hung up or disconnected the call.
