Nextiva Contact Center: Callbacks

The Callbacks object is available to supervisor and admin users. It is a list of the callbacks currently registered in the system, extracted by query of a date range from the callbacks table in BigQuery. Changing the date range for which Callbacks may be viewed from the filter icon, alongside searching for specific users, queues, or campaigns to which Callbacks are assigned, is possible. It has the most useful tools for handling future Callbacks. 

A supervisor may modify the callback in the system to change the callback date and time or modify the user or queue to which this callback may be presented.
