Nextiva Contact Center: Creating a status

Search for the Status icon in the Options Menu. Click Plus (+) to the right of the Search field. Enter the required information under each tab.  

Information Tab 

Field Name Description
Name

The name of the status.  

NOTE: Clicking on the globe icon will allow the name to be entered in different languages. 

Description

The description of the status. 

NOTE: Clicking on the globe icon will allow the description to be entered in different languages. 

Status The name of the status. 
Present Status to User If enabled, the user will be able to select this status from the list that is presented when a user manually sets his status. 

Teams Tab 

The Teams Tab is where you will select an activity. The possible activities are: 

  • Available 
  • Away 
  • Be Right Back 
  • Busy 
  • Do Not Disturb 
  • In A Call 
  • In A Conference Call 
  • Inactive 
  • In A Meeting 
  • Offline 
  • Offwork 
  • Out of Office 
  • Presence Unknown 
  • Presenting 
  • Urgent Interruptions Only
