Nextiva Contact Center: Topics

Topics are used and created in the Company Directory to send private messages to a specified group of users, thus creating a space for conversations on different topics. 

Creating Topics  

Search for Topics in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information. Click Save.

Field Name Description
Name The name of the topic. 
Description The description of the topic.
