NextivaONE Mini View

Mini View is a compact view of the NextivaONE desktop app that lets you place it anywhere on your screen, maximizing your screen real estate for optimal productivity.

	Home Click the Mini View icon at the top right of your NextivaONE app to switch between our standard view and mini view. Easily view your previous call details, including missed calls and voicemails, all in one place.
Calls To make a phone call, click the dial pad, enter the phone number, or type in the contact’s name. During an active call, you can place it on hold, mute your microphone, add notes, start a new call, and more.
	Voicemail Instantly listen to and manage your voicemail messages. You can also add new contacts and download or delete messages by clicking on the ellipsis on the top right.
Contacts Search and filter your existing contacts or add a new contact by clicking on the Add contact button. You can also instantly call the contact or click on the contact to view more details, including recent calls.
	Availability You can also update your status and availability from here. For more information availability, click here.
