Setting up call forward selective
From the NextOS admin home page, select Users > Actions > VoiceSettings > Forwarding > Call forward (selective).
Enter the phone number or extension to automatically forward calls to. Click the Play ringback reminder when forwarded checkbox to play a short ring as a reminder that calls are being forwarded on the device.
You can also add conditions based on a specified schedule and phone number(s), including any private or unavailable numbers.
From the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, hover over Users > ManageUsers > select the user > Forwarding > CallForwardingSelective.
