Placing a Call
- Press the Call button on the headset.
- Listen for a dial tone by removing the handset from the cradle.
NOTE: You will automatically hear a dial tone when you press the Call Control button on the headset if you connected the headset to the desk phone with an EHS cable (sold separately).
- Dial from your desk phone. Press Send if required by the device.
- To end the call, press the Call button on the headset, and return the handset to the cradle.
Answering a Call
- Press the Call button on the headset.
- Connect to the caller by removing the handset from the cradle.
NOTE: You will automatically connect to the caller when you press the Call Control Button on the headset if you connected the headset to the desk phone with an EHS cable (sold separately).
- To end the call, press the Call button on the headset, and return the handset to the cradle.
Muting
- Press the Volume button at the end of the headset inward to mute the call, the Call/Mute button light on the base unit will turn red.
- Press inward again to unmute , the Call/Mute button will turn green.

Press upward on the Volume button to increase volume, and downward to decrease volume.
