3. Set up users: Location and phone number.

 
  1. Find the user on the Current Users list, and hover over their name to reveal the Actions menu. Select Voice Setup.
  2. Follow the steps through the voice setup wizard. First is Location. Choose the default location or click Add Location to add the physical address where the service will be used.

    NOTE: This is the address that the emergency dispatcher sees in the event the user places an emergency call. If users work remotely, it’s recommended to enter the user’s home address.

  3. Choose a phone number for direct inbound calls (optional) or a four-digit extension number (required). All numbers assigned to the account and not designated to a user or phone menu are available in the drop-down menu.
