4. Set up users: Phone and voicemail.

1. To add a physical phone, click Yes, set up device and follow the on-screen instructions. If you plan to only use the Nextiva App instead of a physical phone, you can skip this step.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to add a voicemail greeting, or you can save this setup for the user to complete later.

   You’re done setting up this user! 🎉 To adjust these or find additional settings for users at any time, hover over the user under Current Users to reveal the Actions menu, and select Voice Settings.
