A user set to use Endpoints will be prompted upon logging into a computer to select the SIP or PSTN phone on which they would like to receive calls. The user will be presented with a list of Endpoints to choose from, so care should be taken when creating these so that the name and description make it easy to understand which endpoint it is.
Creating Endpoints
Search for Endpoint in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information.
Information Tab
The Information Tab will have the following fields:

Endpoint Type |
The type of endpoint. The available types are PSTN and SIP. |
Endpoint Tab
If the Endpoint Type is set to SIP, the Endpoint Tab will have the following fields:

Username |
The username you wish to assign to your SIP device. |
Password |
The password must be at least 12 characters long and include all of the following: An uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. |
SIP Address |
The SIP address is composed of the username@domainName. (The domain name will be given by Nextiva upon request.) |
If the Endpoint Type is set to PSTN, the Endpoint Tab will have the following field:
