Nextiva Contact Center: Classifications

Classifications are utilized for scorecards and transcriptions, enabling the system to identify and categorize content based on keywords. Each classification consists of a list of associated keywords that are searched for within transcriptions. Scorecards, which are used to evaluate performance and interactions, contain a selection of classifications grouped by similar types. 

Creating a Classification

Search for Classification in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information.

Field Name Description
Name The name of the classification. 
Description The description of the classification. 
Data The list of keywords.
