The “Allowed IP Addresses” feature is a configuration tool used by administrators to grant access to the Nextiva platform. Once specific IP addresses have been added to the list, the platform will only allow access to those addresses. It is important to add your current IP address to the list first to ensure uninterrupted access.
Adding Allowed IP Addresses
Search for the Allowed IP Address icon in the Options Menu. Enter the required information under each tab.
Information Tab

| Name | The name of the IP address. |
| IP Address | The IP address itself. Ranges cannot be entered. Each IP address must be entered individually. |
