Authority Sets are vital for creating customized user profiles. These sets consist of groups of authorities that define the permissions and access rights for different user profiles. By configuring Authority Sets, you can tailor user access to specific areas within the Nextiva UI, ensuring each user has the appropriate level of access based on their role.
Creating an Authority Set
Search for the Authorities Set icon on the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information (name and description). Click Save.
