All music on hold files must be formatted with the following specifications:
- .wav formatted
- μ-law, PCMU or G711μ
- 8 or 16 bit
- Mono
- Under 10 minutes
- Under 5MB
TIP: If uploading Music on Hold for Call Centers, verify the audio file is formatted properly and no larger than 2MB.
