Block phone numbers

Now, you can easily block phone numbers in NextivaONE.  

Select the number or contact and click Block Number under the Contact panel. This will prevent any future calls from this number from ringing or notifying you.

If you ever want to allow calls from this number again, click Unblock.

Ringtone preferences

Customize notifications to your liking for each communication channel.

Click on your initials at the top right corner, and select My Settings from the dropdown menu.

Under my settings, click Notifications and select the channel to enable notifications.

Contact filters and frequently contacted

NextivaONE now offers advanced contact filters and a new Frequently Contacted list to help you quickly find the contacts you interact with most often.

Click Contacts to view your top ten most frequently contacted contacts, making it easier to connect with those you communicate with the most.

Select the Filter icon in the search field to sort your contacts by various types, such as private and shared business contacts, teams, and teammates.
