1. Customer Contact West (October 20–23, 2024)

Customer Contact West conference

Run by Frost & Sullivan, with heavy discounts for customers and council members, Customer Contact West is known for its interactive nature and for providing a platform for real-world case studies.

With a focus on large businesses implementing customer care strategies, expect to hear from some of the biggest household names. Then utilize the choose-your-own-path style sessions to tailor your agenda to best fit your needs.
