Not sure which call center conference to attend? Here’s your shortlist.
Between the groundswell of interest in AI, virtual call centers, and the business imperative to go all-in with omnichannel, there’s plenty of room for learning and exploration for technology and customer service leaders.
Attending a call center conference comes with tons of benefits:
- Network with like-minded industry professionals facing similar challenges.
- Learn through case studies from competitors and industry-adjacent companies.
- Get hands-on demos of the latest in contact center technology.
- Take in seminars from thought leaders on customer experience best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in customer satisfaction.
Sure, you can do all this online or by having a rep from a solution provider attend your office. But there’s something about the scheduled run of play and getting access to a mix of exhibitors in one place that ensures that you’ll get the most of your experience there without getting distracted.
Special note 👉 I’ve attended hundreds of conferences as a customer, contact center vendor, and external consultant. I can’t speak highly enough of the positive experience when you dedicate a few days to information intake and learning. Shutting off from day-to-day duties is recommended for continuous improvement in your business and career.
Here are the top five call center conferences I highly recommend for 2024–2025.
