Nextiva (www.nextiva.com) an industry-leading cloud communications provider, today announced that its Channel Partner Program is celebrating its fifth anniversary, a milestone on the heels of the program's explosive growth in 2018 around awards, hiring, and new product offerings.
Nextiva launched its Channel Partner Program in 2013 to enable independent sales agents to sell Nextiva services to business customers nationwide. Since then, the program has taken off, winning awards such as Best in Show at Channel Partners Evolution Conference & Expo and Unified Communications Leadership Award at the Broadsoft Connections Conference.
The program has implemented notable developments over the past five years, including initiating the Amazing Achievers Club to take top performers on lavish trips each year, and hosting partner roadshows across the country to connect with partners and aid in improving their businesses.
In 2018, Nextiva named 20-year sales veteran Carl Katz its Vice President, North America Channel Sales. In addition, the company appointed John Gabriel, Tom Lane, and Cathryn Valladares to regional director roles, with more than 70 years of combined experience.
Most recently, the program launched a free installation offering, setting Nextiva apart from competitors in the Unified Communications space. The offering was initiated after evaluating external feedback on how better to serve clients, and has been lauded by partners in Nextiva's network.
"Nextiva's Channel Partner Program is experiencing tremendous growth," said Carl Katz. "We grew at record pace in 2018 and are now positioned to have one of our best years yet. With our product progression including Service and Sales CRM, Advanced Contact Center, Persistent Collaboration and other leading solutions, Nextiva Channel Partners will be given even more opportunities to offer their customers the most innovative solutions in the UCaaS industry."
In 2019, Nextiva Channel will appear once again at Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, as well as many other nationwide events, ending the year on a high note at Nextiva's annual NextCon.
