The past two years have seen explosive growth for the cloud-based communications provider, including the addition of offices in Europe, Mexico, and California.
In addition to the Top Company Culture award from Comparably, Nextiva has also received numerous “best place to work” awards thanks to its highly autonomous and entrepreneurial company culture. Nextiva was named the third Healthiest Employer by the Phoenix Business Journal, ranked on Entrepreneur’s 2018 Top Company Cultures list, and gained recognition as one of the 500 fastest growing Tech Companies in America by Deloitte.
“It wasn’t long ago that we were a small startup with a handful of employees,” said Kathi Winter, Nextiva’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “All of this was made possible by the talented team members that have been part of this organization throughout the years. Nextiva’s future looks bright; we have an incredible journey ahead.”
Nextiva’s increase in hiring reflects its dedication to innovation and providing Amazing Service® to its more than 100,000 business customers. Celebrating its 10th year in business in 2018, the company's team growth has been exponentially higher than that of its competitors.
