Nextiva (www.nextiva.com), a leading business communications company, announced today that Trevis Schuh has joined the company’s leadership team as vice president of global operations. In his new role, he will lead Nextiva’s worldwide customer service team and report directly to president and chief operating officer Marc Stoll.
Schuh comes to Nextiva from Zscaler where he served as vice president of customer care. In his role there, he built and managed global support and deployment teams focused on implementing a world-class experience for cloud/SaaS products and services. Schuh brings more than 25 years of customer care and operational experience to his new position.
