What is Uniform Call Distribution?

Uniform routing is a call distribution process where calls route to agents that have been idle the longest.

When an agent ends a call, an idle counter starts. When they have the highest counter, they are scheduled to get the next call.

This method allows agents who are efficient to take more calls than agents who take longer per call. It also ensures that calls are answered more quickly.
