Nadim says he has not had to make many calls to Nextiva support, since everything works as expected.

“It’s nice to have dedicated lines for support. When I have any issues that I need to address directly with my Account Manager — they’re always available. I send them an email and they call me back the same day, so everything goes smoothly.”
